Pumpkin Pie

1 prebaked pie crust
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 cups water
6 1/2 T. cornstarch
1 T. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Preheat oven to 375*. In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken, stirring constantly. Pour into pie crust and bake for 25 minutes or until it is firm.
