1 lb steak, cubed
3 cups water
3 tsp. beef bouillon

1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
3 cups water

1 bag frozen stew veggie mix
1 recipe for pie crust (cut in half!)
Cook cubed steak in a skillet. Add in water, bouillon, and Worcestershire sauce and allow to simmer until meat is tender (even better - do it in the crockpot all day).
Put margarine in the pan and melt. Add in flour and mix with the margarine until there is no dry flour left. Add in water (use leftover water from simmering the meat if possible plus enough water added to make it 3 cups liquid total), bouillon, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk well to combine. Add in stew veggies and beef. Heat mixture through and set aside.
Prepare pie crust.
Put filling in pie crust and bake at 400* for 30 minutes.
