Fajitas

1 lb steak
1/3 bottle Lawry's Baja Chipotle Marinade (or something similar)
1 bag frozen 3 pepper and onion mix
1 can black beans, drained

Marinade steak and then slice into strips. Lay out 5-6 pieces of heavy duty foil. Evenly distribute the steak (including leftover marinade), pepper and onion mix, and the beans among each piece of foil. Fold the foil around the mix and fold/crimp the edges together to create a pouch. Leave some air in there for steam circulation. Put the pouches on a cookie sheet and Bake at 450* for 20 minutes. Serve with tortillas and sour cream (if you can have dairy)
