Chicken Pot Pie

1 lb b/s chicken
4 cups water
4 tsp. chicken bouillon

1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
3 cups water
3 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1 bag frozen stew veggie mix

1 recipe for pie crust (cut in half!)

Combine the chicken, 4 cups water and 4 tsp. bouillon. Simmer until the chicken is cooked (the water will be mostly gone). Pull out the chicken and set aside.
Put margarine in the pan and melt. Add in flour and mix with the margarine until there is no dry flour left. Add in water, bouillon, poultry seasoning. Whisk well to combine. Add in stew veggies and chicken. Heat mixture through and set aside.

Prepare pie crust.

Put filling in pie crust and bake at 400* for 30 minutes.
