Marinated Tomatoes - Mexican

3-5 Large Tomatoes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 T. Lime Juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
Fresh Cilantro
**optional sliced red onion

Slice tomatoes into rounds. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Toss to coat and chill in the refrigerator.
