Glazed Pork Chops

6 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
2/3 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. sage
1/3 cup water

Place pork chops in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over pork chops. Bake at 350*, uncovered, 45-50 minutes or until meat tests done, turning halfway through.
