1 1/2 cups warm water
1 T. yeast
2 T. sugar
2 T. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
4 cups flour
Mix water, yeast, and sugar and allow to sit for about 10 minutes.
Combine flour, salt, and vegetable oil, and yeast mixture. Thoroughly mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Allow to rise until double in size - about an hour. Form into 2 oz. balls and place greased baking sheet a couple of inches apart. Allow to rise until double in size again. Bake at 400* for 12-15 minutes.
Makes about 12-14 rolls
