3 TB. Margarine
2/3 cup Bisquick
1/2 Powdered Ranch Dressing Mix (Lipton makes an allergen safe one that I find in the kosher section of the grocery store)
chicken pieces (skinless) (about 3 lbs worth)
Heat oven to 425° melt margarine in baking dish in the oven (I actually use a big cookie sheet that has sides)
Mix Bisquick and Ranch Dressing Mix.
Coat chicken and place meaty side down (dish should be hot!) 2 inches apart from each other (this is very important. If they are too close to each other they will get soggy instead of crispy)
Bake 35 minutes
Turn chicken and bake another 15 minutes.

That sounds yummy. My MIL uses who knows what recipie and cround the chicken in. Soggy yes Yummy no. Now I can make the yummy kind. Thanks!!
