Pork Chops and Rice

4 pork chops
salt and pepper
3 TB. Onions
3 TB. Green pepper
2/3 cup uncooked rice
¼ cup tomato juice
3 cups water

Season chops and brown. Add onions, peppers, rice, tomato juice, and water. Put in covered casserole. Bake at 375° for 1 hourMay need more water after 45 minutes. I like to make this when I have rice left over from another meal and just reduce the amount of water used.
