1.5 lbs. potatoes, slice in rounds
1 lb. ham, cubed
1/2 lb. broccoli florets
1 package powdered ranch or herb and garlic seasoning mix (dairy free ones found in the kosher section)
Cook potatoes in a large skillet in a bit of oil - enough to give them a brown color. Add in all other ingredients and stir. Reduce heat to low and cover. Let cook for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
