4 Cups rolled oats
½ cup honey
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla
½ cup coconut
1/3 cup oil
¾ tsp. salt
Optional ingredients (all to taste):
1 cup nuts, chopped
½ c. sesame seeds
½-1 cup dried apples
raisins
dried fruit
Mix oats, cinnamon, coconut, and any other optional ingredients (except apples, dried fruit or raisins). In another bowl, mix honey, vanilla, and oil. Add to mixes together. Spread on 2 large cookie sheets and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, stirring often.Watch closely—easy to overcook and is not crunchy right out of oven! Add apples and/or raisins at the end.
