Stuffed Peppers

4 large green bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup rice - cooked
2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 onion, finely minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Brown ground beef. In a bowl combine the cooked ground beef, cooked rice, 1 can of tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion, salt, and pepper.
Cut the tops off the green peppers and discard the tops, seeds, and membranes. You may have to trim the bottoms a bit as well to make them stand up in the baking dish. Fill the peppers with the beef/rice mixture. Mix 1 can tomato sauce with the Italian seasoning. Pour over the peppers. Bake for 1 hour at 350*. Baste occasionally with the sauce.
