1 lb Steak, sliced thin
1 bag frozen veggie mix of red, yellow, green pepper, and onions (you can substitute fresh too)
4 cloves garlic, minced
4.5 cups water
2 cups rice
4 tsp. chicken bouillon
Cook steak in a bit of olive oil in a skillet. Add in all other ingredients. Bring to a boil - stirring often. Cover and reduce heat to Medium-Low. Allow to simmer untouched for 15 minutes. Turn heat off and let sit another 5 minutes. Remove lid, stir and serve.
