Pancakes

3 cups flour
5 T. Sugar
3 T. Baking Powder
5 T. Vegetable Oil
1-1/3 cups Rice Milk
1-3/4 cups water

Mix all ingredients until batter is smooth and well mixed. Fold in extras like blueberries that you might want in it. Cook in a medium heated skillet.

these are a new staple in our house! we've had them plain and with blueberries and i've only had the recipe for a week. they are super easy to make and were a huge hit for everyone in the house. i'm looking forward to trying them with "enjoy life" chocolate chips next weekend. or maybe for dinner this week. hmmm :)
