3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 T. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup safflower oil
3 T. vanilla
1/2 t. lemon extract
2 T. white vinegar
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix the water, lemon juice, oil, vanilla, vinegar, and lemon extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
