Breadsticks

1 T. yeast
1-1/2 cups warm water
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
4 T. margarine
garlic salt

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix sugar, salt, flour and then add yeast to the mix. Knead for 3 minutes. Let rise 15-20 minutes. Melt margarine and pour on cookie sheet. Roll out dough and cut into sticks. Roll sticks in butter and twist into shape. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Let rise 15-20 minutes. Bake in oven preheated to 375* for 20 minutes.
