Beef Taco Skillet

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion - chopped
1 box pasta (I use rotini)
2 cans tomatoes
1/2 bag frozen corn (you can use 1 can too)
3 T. Taco Seasoning (or 1 packet)
4 cups water

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. throw everything else in the skillet and bring to a boil, stir occasionally. Reduce heat and cover. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.

made this this last week. sooo good! it was a huge hit at my house. reminded me of chili without the sauce. i only used one can of tomatoes and added a can of rinsed and drained black beans. i also crushed tortilla chips over the top for crunch instead of serving over noodles. oh, and since i didn't use noodles, i didn't use the 4 cups of water either. will definitely be making this again!
